Dubai property market - July 2024

Dubai recorded 14 907 residential sales in July 2024, worth AED 32,4 млрд in total - +22.5% versus the previous month and +59.9% versus a year earlier.

The median sale price was AED 1,9 млн, at a median of AED 1 699 per ft² (+1.6% month-on-month, +6.2% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
