Dubai property market - July 2024

Dubai recorded 14,907 residential sales in July 2024, worth AED 32.4 مليار in total - +22.5% versus the previous month and +59.9% versus a year earlier.

The median sale price was AED 1.9 مليون, at a median of AED 1,699 per ft² (+1.6% month-on-month, +6.2% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.

On the rental side, 49,932 contracts were registered in July 2024, with a median annual rent of AED 109.7 ألف.
