Dubai recorded 3 890 residential sales in February 2017, worth AED 7,1 Md in total - +1.4% versus the previous month and -8.3% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,7 M, at a median of AED 1 181 per ft² (+2.8% month-on-month, +2.1% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
