Dubai recorded 3.890 residential sales in February 2017, worth AED 7,1 Mrd. in total - +1.4% versus the previous month and -8.3% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,7 Mio., at a median of AED 1.181 per ft² (+2.8% month-on-month, +2.1% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 23.603 contracts were registered in February 2017, with a median annual rent of AED 87.922,6.
