Dubai recorded 2,160 residential sales in September 2018, worth AED 28.8億 in total - +50.1% versus the previous month and -11.9% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 117.3萬, at a median of AED 1,075 per ft² (-3.2% month-on-month, -8.2% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
