Dubai recorded 1,439 residential sales in August 2018, worth AED 2.2B in total - -44.7% versus the previous month and -63.7% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1.4M, at a median of AED 1,110 per ft² (-6.7% month-on-month, -8.0% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
