Privacy notice
You can read every page on Heart Homes without an account, and we collect no personal information from you if you do. An account is optional, and exists so that saved pages and past conversations are there when you come back.
If you create an account
We store your email address, and the name and profile picture your provider gives us if you sign in with Google or Apple. Alongside that we keep only what you create on the site: the pages you save, your conversations with the assistant, and your preferences.
There is no password. Signing in uses Google, Apple, or a one-time link or code sent to your email, so there is no password of yours for us to store or lose.
The assistant
Messages you send to the chat assistant are processed by MiniMax, the model provider, in order to answer them. This happens whether or not you are signed in. If you are signed in, your messages and the assistant's replies are also saved to your account so you can find them again - you can switch that off, or delete any conversation, from your account page.
Taking your data, or removing it
Your account page offers both, with no request to make and nobody to ask: download everything we hold about you as a JSON file, or delete your account. Deleting removes your account, your saved pages and your conversations outright - it is not a flag, and it is not reversible.
Cookies
No advertising or tracking cookies, ever. The site sets a cookie to remember your language and currency, and, once you sign in, a session cookie that keeps you signed in. That session cookie is the only one tied to you personally, and signing out removes it.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Analytics Engine, a cookieless service that reports aggregate page-view counts. It does not fingerprint devices, track visitors across sites, or expose individual visitors to us.
Who else sees any of this
Only the services needed to run the site: Cloudflare hosts it and processes technical request data such as IP addresses, as any web server does; Google and Apple see a sign-in only if you choose one of them; Resend delivers sign-in emails; MiniMax processes assistant messages. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or build profiles from it.
The property data
All market figures shown on the site come from open public records published by the Dubai Land Department. They describe properties and transactions - prices, dates, areas, building and community names - and contain no names or personal details of buyers, sellers or tenants.
Price alert emails
If you subscribe to price alerts for a community or building, we store the email address you enter, the place you subscribed to, and timestamps of confirmation and unsubscription. We send nothing until you click the confirmation link (double opt-in), every alert email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and the address is never shared or used for anything except those alerts. Emails are delivered through Resend, our email provider.
Broker introductions
If you ask us to introduce you to a broker, we store the name, email address and phone number you enter, any note you add, and the page context you were looking at (the place, the asking price you typed and the verdict shown), together with the exact consent wording you agreed to. Those details go to one licensed broker, only because you asked, and to nobody else. The broker pays us a referral fee if a deal closes; you are never charged. Notifications are delivered through Resend, our email provider. We delete lead records within 12 months of closing the introduction.
