Dubai recorded 2 882 residential sales in July 2014, worth AED 4,9 Md in total - -41.9% versus the previous month and -45.3% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,5 M, at a median of AED 1 188 per ft² (-6.0% month-on-month, +8.8% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
