Dubai recorded 2,602 residential sales in July 2018, worth AED 4.4 مليار in total - +22.7% versus the previous month and -26.2% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1.5 مليون, at a median of AED 1,191 per ft² (+8.6% month-on-month, +2.5% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 32,083 contracts were registered in July 2018, with a median annual rent of AED 155.6 ألف.
