Dubai recorded 3,525 residential sales in July 2017, worth AED 5.4 مليار in total - +56.5% versus the previous month and +13.3% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1.3 مليون, at a median of AED 1,161 per ft² (+5.7% month-on-month, -12.3% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 29,455 contracts were registered in July 2017, with a median annual rent of AED 85.5 ألف.
