Dubai recorded 3.525 residential sales in July 2017, worth AED 5,4 Mrd. in total - +56.5% versus the previous month and +13.3% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,3 Mio., at a median of AED 1.161 per ft² (+5.7% month-on-month, -12.3% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 29.455 contracts were registered in July 2017, with a median annual rent of AED 85.503,3.
