Dubai recorded 1,888 residential sales in July 2015, worth AED 4.7 مليار in total - -42.3% versus the previous month and -34.5% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 2.2 مليون, at a median of AED 1,089 per ft² (-4.5% month-on-month, -8.4% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 26,602 contracts were registered in July 2015, with a median annual rent of AED 120.6 ألف.
