Dubai recorded 1.888 residential sales in July 2015, worth AED 4,7 Mrd. in total - -42.3% versus the previous month and -34.5% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 2,2 Mio., at a median of AED 1.089 per ft² (-4.5% month-on-month, -8.4% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
