Dubai recorded 3,185 residential sales in February 2015, worth AED 5.7 مليار in total - -15.8% versus the previous month and -23.6% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1.5 مليون, at a median of AED 1,205 per ft² (+4.5% month-on-month, +5.2% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 21,171 contracts were registered in February 2015, with a median annual rent of AED 108 ألف.
