Dubai recorded 3.185 residential sales in February 2015, worth AED 5,7 Mrd. in total - -15.8% versus the previous month and -23.6% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,5 Mio., at a median of AED 1.205 per ft² (+4.5% month-on-month, +5.2% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
