Dubai recorded 2,837 residential sales in July 2012, worth AED 43.4亿 in total - +12.7% versus the previous month and +15.6% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 130.7万, at a median of AED 16,500 per ft² (+1927.2% month-on-month, +1888.9% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 9,591 contracts were registered in July 2012, with a median annual rent of AED 6.3万.
