Dubai recorded 2.837 residential sales in July 2012, worth AED 4,3 Mrd. in total - +12.7% versus the previous month and +15.6% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,3 Mio., at a median of AED 16.500 per ft² (+1927.2% month-on-month, +1888.9% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 9.591 contracts were registered in July 2012, with a median annual rent of AED 63.436,8.
