Dubai recorded 2,454 residential sales in July 2011, worth AED 38亿 in total - +21.5% versus the previous month and +7.6% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 123.2万, at a median of AED 830 per ft² (+1.8% month-on-month, -7.7% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
