Dubai recorded 2.454 residential sales in July 2011, worth AED 3,8 Mrd. in total - +21.5% versus the previous month and +7.6% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,2 Mio., at a median of AED 830 per ft² (+1.8% month-on-month, -7.7% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 3.384 contracts were registered in July 2011, with a median annual rent of AED 57.901,8.
