Dubai recorded 15,602 residential sales in February 2026, worth AED 400.1億 in total - +0.7% versus the previous month and +12.8% versus a year earlier.

The median sale price was AED 219.4萬, at a median of AED 2,021 per ft² (+2.1% month-on-month, +16.7% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.

On the rental side, 51,798 contracts were registered in February 2026, with a median annual rent of AED 10.8萬.
