Dubai property market - November 2025

Dubai recorded 17,660 residential sales in November 2025, worth AED 407.6億 in total - -3.9% versus the previous month and +31.9% versus a year earlier.

The median sale price was AED 195.7萬, at a median of AED 1,960 per ft² (+3.4% month-on-month, +17.7% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.

On the rental side, 56,298 contracts were registered in November 2025, with a median annual rent of AED 8.6萬.
