Dubai property market - September 2025

Dubai recorded 18,893 residential sales in September 2025, worth AED 403.7億 in total - +11.2% versus the previous month and +15.4% versus a year earlier.

The median sale price was AED 184.3萬, at a median of AED 1,902 per ft² (-0.9% month-on-month, +12.5% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.

On the rental side, 60,598 contracts were registered in September 2025, with a median annual rent of AED 11萬.
