Dubai recorded 3,930 residential sales in July 2021, worth AED 82.6億 in total - -27.2% versus the previous month and +73.7% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 179.6萬, at a median of AED 1,266 per ft² (+9.9% month-on-month, +22.6% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 38,986 contracts were registered in July 2021, with a median annual rent of AED 11.9萬.
