Dubai recorded 2,505 residential sales in March 2019, worth AED 37.7億 in total - -8.8% versus the previous month and +1.5% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 133.9萬, at a median of AED 1,141 per ft² (-2.3% month-on-month, -6.5% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
