Dubai property market - December 2017

Dubai recorded 3,409 residential sales in December 2017, worth AED 58.3億 in total - +18.9% versus the previous month and +23.5% versus a year earlier.

The median sale price was AED 149.1萬, at a median of AED 1,249 per ft² (+5.4% month-on-month, +10.7% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.

On the rental side, 26,429 contracts were registered in December 2017, with a median annual rent of AED 9.3萬.
