Dubai recorded 4,826 residential sales in December 2014, worth AED 88.4億 in total - +14.7% versus the previous month and -36.0% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 157.9萬, at a median of AED 1,197 per ft² (+0.2% month-on-month, +5.7% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
