Dubai recorded 4,168 residential sales in February 2014, worth AED 78.1億 in total - -15.4% versus the previous month and +8.0% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 163.9萬, at a median of AED 1,145 per ft² (+7.7% month-on-month, +14.7% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 19,125 contracts were registered in February 2014, with a median annual rent of AED 9.9萬.
