Dubai recorded 4,926 residential sales in January 2014, worth AED 82.9億 in total - -34.7% versus the previous month and +21.4% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 145.8萬, at a median of AED 1,063 per ft² (-6.2% month-on-month, +11.9% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
