Dubai recorded 3,858 residential sales in February 2013, worth AED 67.3億 in total - -4.9% versus the previous month and +44.1% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 141.6萬, at a median of AED 998 per ft² (+5.0% month-on-month, +21.3% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
