The median sale price was AED 1,9 Mio., at a median of AED 1.876 per ft² (+1.6% month-on-month, +10.4% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 51.732 contracts were registered in July 2025, with a median annual rent of AED 99.446,9.
