Dubai recorded 17,886 residential sales in July 2025, worth AED 38.9B in total - +25.5% versus the previous month and +20.0% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1.9M, at a median of AED 1,876 per ft² (+1.6% month-on-month, +10.4% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 51,732 contracts were registered in July 2025, with a median annual rent of AED 99.4K.
