Dubai recorded 4,285 residential sales in September 2026, worth AED 8.5 مليار in total - -62.5% versus the previous month and -77.3% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1.6 مليون, at a median of AED 1,799 per ft² (+1.6% month-on-month, -5.4% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 16,130 contracts were registered in September 2026, with a median annual rent of AED 89.4 ألف.
