Dubai recorded 12,718 residential sales in July 2026, worth AED 23.2 مليار in total - +6.2% versus the previous month and -28.9% versus a year earlier.

The median sale price was AED 1.5 مليون, at a median of AED 1,783 per ft² (-2.1% month-on-month, -4.9% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.

On the rental side, 7,444 contracts were registered in July 2026, with a median annual rent of AED 97.2 ألف.
