Dubai recorded 11,980 residential sales in June 2026, worth AED 22.4 مليار in total - +20.0% versus the previous month and -16.0% versus a year earlier.

The median sale price was AED 1.5 مليون, at a median of AED 1,821 per ft² (-0.8% month-on-month, -1.4% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.

On the rental side, 19,666 contracts were registered in June 2026, with a median annual rent of AED 86.9 ألف.
