Dubai recorded 13,226 residential sales in April 2026, worth AED 34.9 مليار in total - +3.4% versus the previous month and -14.0% versus a year earlier.

The median sale price was AED 2.1 مليون, at a median of AED 2,068 per ft² (+4.8% month-on-month, +13.1% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.

On the rental side, 39,027 contracts were registered in April 2026, with a median annual rent of AED 86.6 ألف.
