Dubai property market - August 2022

Dubai recorded 8,048 residential sales in August 2022, worth AED 15.8 مليار in total - +29.6% versus the previous month and +66.4% versus a year earlier.

The median sale price was AED 1.7 مليون, at a median of AED 1,415 per ft² (-2.9% month-on-month, +11.5% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.

On the rental side, 44,397 contracts were registered in August 2022, with a median annual rent of AED 80.9 ألف.
