Dubai recorded 3,150 residential sales in February 2021, worth AED 5.2 مليار in total - +13.9% versus the previous month and -10.0% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1.4 مليون, at a median of AED 1,067 per ft² (+7.7% month-on-month, -9.4% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 37,477 contracts were registered in February 2021, with a median annual rent of AED 63.8 ألف.
