Dubai recorded 3,786 residential sales in August 2014, worth AED 6.6 مليار in total - +31.4% versus the previous month and +22.4% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1.5 مليون, at a median of AED 1,236 per ft² (+4.1% month-on-month, +13.7% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
