Dubai recorded 2,981 residential sales in April 2012, worth AED 4.9 مليار in total - +26.4% versus the previous month and +29.5% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1.3 مليون, at a median of AED 866 per ft² (-1.7% month-on-month, -6.3% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 8,074 contracts were registered in April 2012, with a median annual rent of AED 99 ألف.
