Dubai recorded 2,739 residential sales in February 2011, worth AED 4.7 مليار in total - +6.2% versus the previous month and -14.5% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1.2 مليون, at a median of AED 873 per ft² (-1.8% month-on-month, -0.2% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 1,504 contracts were registered in February 2011, with a median annual rent of AED 104.9 ألف.
