Dubai recorded 13,388 residential sales in November 2024, worth AED 294.5亿 in total - -28.6% versus the previous month and +31.4% versus a year earlier.

The median sale price was AED 187万, at a median of AED 1,665 per ft² (-3.5% month-on-month, +2.3% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.

On the rental side, 54,642 contracts were registered in November 2024, with a median annual rent of AED 8.5万.
