Dubai recorded 10,809 residential sales in August 2023, worth AED 251.6亿 in total - +15.9% versus the previous month and +34.3% versus a year earlier.

The median sale price was AED 201.4万, at a median of AED 1,705 per ft² (+6.6% month-on-month, +20.5% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.

On the rental side, 49,242 contracts were registered in August 2023, with a median annual rent of AED 8.7万.
