Dubai recorded 8,308 residential sales in February 2023, worth AED 183亿 in total - -2.4% versus the previous month and +61.2% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 181万, at a median of AED 1,482 per ft² (-9.1% month-on-month, +11.8% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 46,064 contracts were registered in February 2023, with a median annual rent of AED 7.8万.
