Dubai property market - December 2018

Dubai recorded 2,244 residential sales in December 2018, worth AED 33.4亿 in total - -5.4% versus the previous month and -34.2% versus a year earlier.

The median sale price was AED 135.7万, at a median of AED 1,177 per ft² (+0.6% month-on-month, -5.8% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.

On the rental side, 29,046 contracts were registered in December 2018, with a median annual rent of AED 9.3万.
