Dubai recorded 3,713 residential sales in August 2016, worth AED 79.9亿 in total - +19.3% versus the previous month and +24.8% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 188.5万, at a median of AED 1,264 per ft² (-4.5% month-on-month, +11.3% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
