The median sale price was AED 1,9 Mio., at a median of AED 1.731 per ft² (+0.5% month-on-month, +0.1% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 50.998 contracts were registered in February 2025, with a median annual rent of AED 82.976,7.
