Dubai recorded 6.208 residential sales in July 2022, worth AED 13,5 Mrd. in total - -14.9% versus the previous month and +58.0% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,8 Mio., at a median of AED 1.458 per ft² (+3.9% month-on-month, +15.2% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 43.129 contracts were registered in July 2022, with a median annual rent of AED 95.914,8.
