Dubai recorded 2.263 residential sales in July 2020, worth AED 3,7 Mrd. in total - +12.5% versus the previous month and -38.6% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,4 Mio., at a median of AED 1.032 per ft² (-11.2% month-on-month, -11.1% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 36.791 contracts were registered in July 2020, with a median annual rent of AED 136.025,8.
