Dubai recorded 3.500 residential sales in February 2020, worth AED 5,3 Mrd. in total - +39.4% versus the previous month and +27.4% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,3 Mio., at a median of AED 1.178 per ft² (+11.1% month-on-month, +0.9% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 33.592 contracts were registered in February 2020, with a median annual rent of AED 105.735,8.
