Dubai recorded 2.747 residential sales in February 2019, worth AED 4,7 Mrd. in total - +37.8% versus the previous month and +4.3% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,6 Mio., at a median of AED 1.168 per ft² (+8.6% month-on-month, -6.2% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 29.757 contracts were registered in February 2019, with a median annual rent of AED 94.369,7.
